"I have been seeing Cameron for the past 2 years. I thought I was living a healthy lifestyle and was doing enough training to keep me fit. As time went on I realised how far off I was with my nutrition, and some of the things he wanted me to eat like butter and full cream raw milk, which i never touched and thought were so bad for me. also He change my workout routine around and I was a little scepticle because i believed there wasn't enough cardio to keep me fit.
