Lecture Topics include Functional Anatomy, Tensegrity Biomechanics, The History of the ELDOA - How VOYER organized the material, VOYER’s Educational Paradigm - Complexity and “Learn By Doing”
Other topics that will be discussed are - What is a Spine?, Mobility vs. Stability, Origins of the Spine, Anatomy and Biomechanics of the Spinal Segments and most importantly, the Philosophy of the ELDOA “You Are Your Own Best Therapist.”
Practical Application of the principle ELDOAs will be done at length as well as a movement section to learn fascial tension fundamentals and an ELDOA group exercise class to experience more of the ELDOA postures taught in Level 2.
